New generation producing cell lines

-provide ready-to-use producing cell lines for use in gene therapy

-therapeutic genes (e.g. chimeric antigen receptor) will be integrated into the producing cell line using proprietary technology

-possibility to select vector envelop to achieve selectivity

-packaging cell lines characteristics:

          * in the absence of chemical induction, cell lines are stable

          * long term culture and freezing of cell lines is possible

          * in response to chemical induction, high level production of vectors for gene therapy
